Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or using the kitayamachu platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use kitayamachu and must not register an account. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and the operator of kitayamachu ("kitayamachu," "we," "us," or "our").
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
- "Platform" refers to the kitayamachu website accessible at kitayamachu.club, including all pages, sub-domains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any associated software or services provided by kitayamachu.
- "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform for the purpose of gaming or any other activity offered.
- "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player on the kitayamachu Platform, associated with a unique username, password, and registered contact details.
- "Real Money Play" refers to any gaming activity conducted using actual funds deposited into a kitayamachu Account, as distinguished from any free-play or demo mode functionality.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, bonus spins, or similar incentives credited to a Player Account by kitayamachu under any applicable promotion.
- "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity verification process kitayamachu conducts in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations and anti-money laundering obligations.
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating and licensing gaming activities in the Philippines.
- "GCash" and "Maya" refer to Philippine mobile wallet and digital payment services used for deposit and withdrawal transactions on the Platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By clicking "Register," "Sign Up," or any equivalent button during the registration process, or by accessing and using the kitayamachu Platform in any capacity, you conclusively and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms, together with kitayamachu's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotion terms published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and kitayamachu.
Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms shall constitute your deemed acceptance of such modifications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. kitayamachu will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via the registered email address or through on-Platform notices.

Eligibility
To register and maintain an Account on kitayamachu, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as prescribed under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Misrepresentation of age is a serious violation and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
- You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not eligible to register Accounts on kitayamachu for gaming purposes.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in real-money online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of kitayamachu or any of its affiliates, nor an immediate family member of such persons, unless written approval has been granted by kitayamachu management.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any regulatory exclusion from gambling activities.
- You must not have a history of fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or bad-faith use of any online gaming platform.
Age Verification: kitayamachu strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Government-issued Philippine identification — including UMID, driver's license, Philippine passport, or PhilSys National ID — is required as part of the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed without notice, and any funds on deposit will be returned to the verified payment source minus any bonuses claimed.
Account Registration and Security
Each eligible individual may register a maximum of one (1) Account on kitayamachu. The existence of multiple Accounts attributable to a single individual — whether identified by matching name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — constitutes a violation of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for all activity conducted under your Account credentials. kitayamachu recommends that Players:
- Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
- Enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) available in Account Security Settings.
- Never share Account credentials with any other person, including family members.
- Log out completely when accessing kitayamachu from shared or public devices such as internet cafés.
- Report any suspected unauthorized access to [email protected] immediately.
kitayamachu will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity occurring through a Player's Account prior to the Platform receiving a valid report of unauthorized access shall be deemed authorized by the Account holder.
Identity Verification (KYC)
In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR's player protection requirements, kitayamachu is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal of real-money winnings.
The KYC process requires the submission of the following documentation:
- Primary Identity Document: A valid, government-issued Philippine photo ID. Accepted forms include: UMID, Philippine passport, driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, or PRC ID.
- Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three (3) months, showing your name and current residential address.
- Payment Method Verification: A screenshot or copy of your registered GCash or Maya account showing your name and mobile number, or equivalent documentation for bank transfer methods.
kitayamachu may, at its sole discretion, request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence purposes, including for high-value accounts or transactions that trigger reporting thresholds under applicable Philippine financial regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.
All submitted documentation is processed in accordance with kitayamachu's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations.
Deposits and Withdrawals
6.1 Deposits. kitayamachu accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. kitayamachu reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds, accepted payment methods, and processing times at any time with reasonable notice.
Funds deposited into a kitayamachu Account must originate from a payment source registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account, except where kitayamachu expressly approves an alternative method in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.
Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- Gold Tier Members: Instant processing to GCash or Maya, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Silver Tier Members: Processed within 2 hours during operational hours.
- Bronze Tier Members: Processed within 24 hours during operational hours.
- Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Processed within 1–3 business days subject to banking institution processing times.
kitayamachu reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times beyond the above estimates. kitayamachu also reserves the right to withhold, defer, or cancel withdrawal requests pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms.
Currency: All financial transactions on the kitayamachu Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.
Bonuses and Promotions
kitayamachu offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific promotion terms published at the time the offer is made.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be made. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings.
- Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%; bingo and other games may have varying contribution rates. Specific rates are published in individual promotion terms.
- Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of free spins or bonus play is capped at a multiple of the bonus amount or a fixed monetary limit as specified in the relevant promotion.
- One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes fraud.
- kitayamachu's Discretion: kitayamachu reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of withdrawal will typically be allowed to complete the wagering requirement on existing bonus funds.
Bonus Abuse: Any Player found to be exploiting bonus structures — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming participation, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or systematic abuse of cashback terms — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their Account permanently suspended. kitayamachu's determination of bonus abuse is final.
Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the kitayamachu Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to that game as determined by the game software provider (including but not limited to JILI, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, SA Gaming, and WM Casino). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.
All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on the kitayamachu Platform use certified RNG technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are sourced from provider certifications and reflect long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game, kitayamachu's policy is as follows:
- Bets placed on incomplete game rounds due to a verified technical failure will be refunded to the Player's Account.
- Payouts generated as a result of a clear software error, misconfiguration, or displayed odds/paytable that is incorrect due to a technical fault will not be honoured. kitayamachu will correct the error and void affected transactions.
- Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical result observed in the live studio feed. In the event of a live stream interruption, rounds already in progress will be resolved based on the actual physical game outcome.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kitayamachu Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity, age, or address information during registration or KYC.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players in poker, baccarat, or any multiplayer game format.
- Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or unlawful financial activity.
- Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after wagering deposited funds.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing kitayamachu staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under local law.
- Allowing or facilitating access to your kitayamachu Account by any third party, including minor-aged individuals.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kitayamachu Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of kitayamachu or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written authorisation from kitayamachu.
Game content — including graphics, sounds, paytables, and mechanics — remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to kitayamachu for display on the Platform. Players have no ownership rights over any game content.
Privacy and Data Protection
kitayamachu collects and processes personal data from Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you consent to kitayamachu's collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, regulatory compliance, customer support, and service improvement.
kitayamachu will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by PAGCOR's licensing conditions. Responsible Gaming
kitayamachu is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player protection. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity, all of which are accessible from Account Settings after login:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic notifications reminding them of the time elapsed in a gaming session.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Players may activate a cooling-off period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 months) during which no real-money gaming activity is permitted on the Account.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gaming behaviour has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion from the kitayamachu Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
kitayamachu also proactively monitors Player activity for behavioural indicators consistent with problem gambling and may proactively reach out to Players exhibiting such patterns. Age Restriction: Real-money gaming on kitayamachu is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21. kitayamachu implements mandatory age verification at registration and during the KYC process. Players with concerns about underage access should contact us immediately at [email protected].
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kitayamachu's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their kitayamachu Account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kitayamachu shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any of the following:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
- Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
- Any loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
- Any loss arising from internet connectivity failures, network interruptions, or device malfunctions outside kitayamachu's direct control.
- Any loss arising from third-party payment provider delays, errors, or service interruptions.
- Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security, including password sharing or failure to enable available 2FA features.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kitayamachu's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Account Suspension, Termination, and Closure
14.1 Termination by kitayamachu. kitayamachu reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Provision of false or misleading registration or KYC information.
- Suspected or confirmed engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
- Receipt of a chargeback dispute initiated by the Player's payment provider.
- Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
- A Player's own self-exclusion request.
Upon termination for cause, kitayamachu may withhold any Account balance pending investigation and, where a violation is substantiated, may forfeit such balance in whole or in part. kitayamachu will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the Player via their registered email address.
14.2 Voluntary Closure by Player. Players who wish to close their kitayamachu Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Prior to Account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the ordinary course. Real-money balances remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following successful closure and a final compliance review.
Amendments to These Terms
kitayamachu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, kitayamachu will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players in advance via email or through a prominent on-Platform notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.
Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of Players — may be made without prior notice. Continued use of the kitayamachu Platform following any amendment shall constitute the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to the revised Terms, they should cease use of the Platform immediately and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the kitayamachu Platform that cannot be resolved through kitayamachu's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent kitayamachu from seeking interim or injunctive relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.

Decisions made following internal review are final unless the Player pursues the matter through the applicable Philippine legal process.
